Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all my services and are effective from the point at which a booking is made (I will send you an email confirmation). From time to time, terms and conditions are updated and I reserve the right to do this any time. We will provide you with an updated copy if we do this if you are affected. The agreement is made between 1 (“I”) Liz Gaffer i-personal styling and 2 (“you”) as the customer. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you (which we would do in writing), the purchase of my services is subject to the following terms & conditions.

What’s included in your consultation
The price that is discussed with you is based on the time in which I spend with you and the nature of the consultation. Additional time can be taken at an agreed hourly rate and will be invoiced to you following your session. This includes any time beyond 15 minutes over the agreed time. I will check the time with you during your consultation and advise accordingly. In addition to the time spent with me for the consultation required, the charge also includes preparation, communication, relative administration, and aftercare.

Fees
Due to the nature of my business, I offer a wide range of services that suit a variety of personal needs, therefore, the cost of which will be discussed with you at the point of inquiry is dependant on your requirements.

Payments
All payments are currently requested for a bank transfer via email. I do not accept cheques or cash as payment. Fifty percent payment is due on booking and the balance, plus any additional services agreed with you, will be in invoiced after the consultation and are required within 48 hours. You will receive an invoice by email confirming the costs, details of your consultation/gift, and how to pay.

Cancellations, Rescheduling
There may be situations when you need to re-schedule your booking. Please let me know the need for a changed appointment and I will work with you to make the change. Please note this must be done 48 hours before the consultation, and an appointment can be rescheduled up to 6 months from the date of purchase of the service(s).

Refunds
All payments made to me (Liz Gaffer i-personal styling) are non-refundable unless I have made a written agreement with you otherwise, in the unlikely event we have had to cancel your appointment and are unable to offer you a replacement, we will offer you a full refund.
 
Protection for you
All correspondence with clients is made in writing for your protection. We will detail the information you supply to us to ensure you are happy with how your consultation.

We will only use your details for your consultation and ensure they are kept safe and secure for the time in which we are working with you. 
If you feel you haven’t received the service you are happy with, i would llike to know and will try my best to rectify this with you. It is always helpful if you are very clear about what you would like to achieve at the beginning of working with me.
I reserve the right to make amendments to bookings at any time where necessary and where it is in the best interest of you, the client.
